Haemoglobinopathy Registry Publications & Rights of Access

Any reports or publications will be on behalf of the members/participants. Members who have entered significant numbers of patients will be listed as authors with the writing/data analysis group first. All other member clinicians will be listed as a footnote. No data will be published unless fully anonymous.

If participants wish to analyze the data more closely than is possible from the presentation on the website then they should submit a proposal to Professor Davies. The proposal should be no more than 2 sides A4 and include the hypothesis/research question to be addressed, the literature background, the reasons for requesting access to the Registry data, the proposed analytical techniques/steps, and a short explanation of who the applicant is. This should be emailed to Annette Gilmore at ehr@nwlh.nhs.uk
